Dyslexia Centre North West – Cancellation and Payment Policy

  1. Booking Payment: To secure an appointment, a non-refundable payment of 50% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable to cover administrative costs and the time reserved for the appointment.
  2. Cancellation Terms:
    • More than 14 days before the appointment: If you cancel more than 14 days prior to the scheduled appointment, 50% of the total service fee will be refunded (excluding the non-refundable booking payment).
    • Between 7-14 days before the appointment: If you cancel 7-14 days before the scheduled appointment, 25% of the total service fee will be refunded.
    • Less than 7 days before the appointment: Cancellations within 7 days of the appointment are non-refundable, as we may not be able to reallocate the slot at short notice.
  3. Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate one complimentary rescheduling request if given more than 7 days’ notice.
