Christmas Multi-Sensory Workshop

Our Multi-Sensory Christmas workshop is back by popular demand, with so much to do- you will not want to miss this Specialist fun packed hour! The workshop is for ages 6-13 with something for everyone.

So what will we be doing?

✅ Forensic fingerprinting with our very own Dyslexia Centre Ambassador (UCLAN’s Adam Wilcox)
✅Scanning pens Geraldine will be with us using the amazing reading pens in a great range of Christmas themed activities
✅Multi-Sensory Memory Magic
✅Multisensory Mnemonics and spelling hacks
✅Self-Esteem booster and meeting others
✅Head of Centre and SEND school Advisor Katie Nelson will be on hand to chat and offer advice.

*********New- secondary aged students only (ages 11-13) – there’s a 20 minute specialist self esteem group meet up at the end of the workshop run by the dyslexia specialist team and guided by our ESENDI BCAP registered therapist. The session is aimed at boosting self esteem and meeting other young people who may have similar strengths and weaknesses.

Parents welcome to have a cup of tea and biscuit and relax whilst the workshop and self esteem session is taking place.
